This notice covers this website only. Personal data processed inside a client engagement is governed by the data processing agreement in that contract, where we act as a processor on the client’s instructions.
The short version
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no database. We collect nothing about you unless you choose to email us. Two third parties see technical information as a consequence of serving the page, and both are named below.

What we collect through this site

Third parties that see data
- Google Fonts. Typefaces load from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information when the page renders. We consider this worth disclosing plainly because it is the one place this site sends anything to a third party. If you would prefer the fonts were served from our own domain instead, tell us — it is a change we can make.
- Our hosting provider, which processes server logs as described above.
We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers, and run no cross-site tracking.
Why we process it, and on what basis

How long we keep it
Business correspondence is retained while a commercial relationship or prospect is live, and for up to 24 months after the last contact, after which it is deleted unless a contract or legal obligation requires otherwise. Server logs are retained according to our host’s standard period.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask us to restrict processing, or receive it in a portable form. Under the India DPDP Act you may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To exercise any of these, email hello@vantidge.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We will not ask for more information than is needed to confirm who you are.
If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In India, you may approach the Data Protection Board.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Because we hold no mailing list, we cannot notify you directly — the current version is always the one published here.
