About Vantidge.ai

Built to close the gap
between the pilot and
the production system.

Vantidge.ai exists because the two things enterprises need to get AI into production — engineering depth and the people to sustain it — are usually bought from different vendors, and the seam between them is where programmes fail.

Why we exist

The market gave you two options. Neither was complete.

Staffing firms can put capable people next to you but cannot own an architecture. Boutique AI consultancies can design a system beautifully and then leave, because sustaining it was never their business. Both models are coherent. Neither one gets a capability into production and keeps it there.

We were built as the third option: one partner that architects the system, operates it, and staffs the team that lives with it. That is a harder business to run. It is also the only shape that removes the seam.

What we are

  • A full-stack AI implementation, engineering and talent partner
  • Founder-led and delivery-led, not sales-led
  • Delivering from India for teams in the US, UK and EU
  • Working with enterprises, global capability centres and funded startups

Leadership

Founded on two decades of building technical teams.

The hardest part of AI delivery is not the architecture. It is assembling and keeping the people who can sustain it — which is the problem our founder spent twenty years solving at scale.

Founder

Anil Kumar

Twenty-one years in talent acquisition and delivery leadership for technology and engineering services, most recently as Group Manager and Resource Management Head at Tech Mahindra Engineering Services — where the work was matching specialised engineering capability to delivery commitments at scale, across telecom, semiconductor and industrial engineering accounts.

That background is the reason Vantidge.ai is shaped the way it is. Having spent two decades watching delivery succeed or fail on whether the right people were in the right seats, the conclusion was that an AI partner which cannot staff what it designs is selling half a solution.

How we work

Five commitments we will be held to.

These are not values on a wall. Each one has a cost attached, which is what makes it a commitment rather than a preference.

01

Say the inconvenient thing early

If a use case is not ready, if the data will not support it, or if the honest answer is that you should not build it at all, you hear that in the readiness audit. It costs us revenue occasionally. It has never cost us a relationship.

02

Builders front every engagement

The person in your architecture review is the person accountable for the outcome. We do not put a commercial layer between you and the people doing the work, because the translation loss is where projects go wrong.

03

Knowledge transfer is a deliverable, not a gesture

Documentation, runbooks and pairing are scoped, dated and signed off. Build-operate-transfer means the transfer is planned from the first week. You should be able to end an engagement without losing a capability.

04

Measure before scaling

Nothing widens until there is a scored evaluation set and a baseline. Enthusiasm is not evidence, and scaling an unmeasured system across an organisation is the fastest way to lose the room.

05

Own the whole stack or say so

We take accountability across all four architecture layers because hand-off gaps between vendors are the most common failure we are called in to fix. Where we are not the right partner for a layer, we say which layer and why.

Where we are

India-based, built for distributed delivery.

Not an offshore back office. A delivery organisation designed from the start to work as a peer to onshore engineering teams.

Hyderabad

Primary delivery base, with access to the AI/ML, data and quality engineering talent pools across India's major technology hubs.

Structured overlap

Defined overlap hours with US, UK and EU time zones so review, escalation and decisions happen inside a working day rather than across two.

GCC build-operate-transfer

Where you want your own centre rather than ours, we stand it up, run it, and hand it over — entity guidance through governance.

Ready when you are

The fastest way to judge us is a hard question.

Bring the problem you are least sure about. Forty-five minutes, no proposal attached, and an honest answer even when it is not the one that wins us work.
